Initier International was founded by Director Daniel Phillips, leveraging more than a decade of experience in the Construction Industry, contributing to various projects across the UK. Daniel identified persistent challenges in project support and labour management, prompting him to develop a tailor-made recruitment formula aimed at revolutionising conventional recruitment methods.
